For the visual identity of Masada, Gvaot Winery’s premium series, I adopted the form follows function design approach. Developing a minimalist aesthetic to highlight the product itself, aged in chosen barrels for 24 months, I created a cohesive language for each unique wine that carries throughout the entire series.
The visual identity, highlighted by an elegant metallic foil and clean typography, conveys the winery’s heritage and profound winemaking knowledge of its founder, Dr. Shivi Drori, an international expert in the field of ancient vine varieties.
